Hot yoga is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Each class provides a full body workout that stretches and strengthens every muscle in the body. In addition to enhancing strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility, every class is a 90-minute escape from the stressors of daily life. You will leave feeling reinvigorated, stronger, and profoundly relaxed. We offer over 45 classes per week for beginners and advanced students alike, so come and sweat with us! New students, please print out your registration form, fill it out, and bring it with you to your first class.
